The OFYR rotisserie motor is ideal for cooking meat perfectly so that it caramelises perfectly on the outside and stays nice and juicy on the inside thanks to the Maillard reaction. The motor attaches effortlessly to the stainless steel posts of the rotisserie set. The spit with rotating hook is inserted into the motor, whereupon the spit rotates automatically and does all the work. Comes in handy, doesn't it?
