Genuss-Parcours:

Oysters with special toppings, water buffalo tartare, salmon from Lostallo, cheese creations  from Willi Schmid or desserts from the internationally awarded chocolatier and patissier Fabian Sänger. Discover creative food pairings and excellent wines from Bechtel Weine and Vinattieri among others, at 7 food stalls.

Culinary Workshops:

Adrian Bührer (1* Guide Michelin) and the team from OFYR will show you how to take grilling with fish and meat to a completely new level.
